Been sick all day with super low blood sugars. 66 this morning and 58 this afternoon.
I ate a peach yogurt, got my BS up to 106. feeling a little better.
273.2 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 138.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
