Triangle-Woman's Journal, 16 June 2021

I delayed my eating window by a couple of hours yesterday and enjoyed a picnic lunch with some friends.

All the great picnic foods you can imagine, plus I finally tasted the cupcakes I made the night before. Everything was delicious.

As a bonus my scale went down again!! It has been stagnant the last few weeks so that was a nice surprise.

I’m finding that as I reclaim/create my naturally slender life, pockets of absolute joy fill in the space where my angst, body image and food weirdness used to be.

I like finding the joy. It’s becoming a habit.
238.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 68.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.5 lb a week
