you go girl, you can still loose more, you just have to be patient. I have lost a total of 14kg from 91.8 to 75kg, I still have 9 more to loose.

Once you get the hang of this WOE it's a cake walk Nicky. You can do it if you choose to, that's the big one. Will I or won't I, that is the question. Nobody else can make the decisions for you. Low Carbing works, it's the people doing it that sometimes don't work at it.
