been experiencing some stomach upset the last 12 hours. I think now that I'm beginning to lose weight regularly, my body is going through its first purge in a while. The yogurt routine I started Thursday seems to be the only major change I've made eating wise. Been doing a smoothie for breakfast each day. Obviously I've also consumed much less food than my older habits. I also swam for 2 hours with a friend last night, and had done a smoothie around 7:45am then fasted all day until 5:45 when I had one dinner meal. The stomach issues hit within an hour or two of that and ran through this morning.

Yogurt,swimming and fasting sound like a very good way to go! Your stomach issues may come from your turn in habits, like withdrowal symptoms, maybe you coulf have a piece of rusk if they insist. Good luck in your effort!

I had to look up what rusk was. Im guessing is just a fortified toast from Holland?

It can really be any kind of dry bread, in this case i think you need something dry to equalize your system, at least a small piece. It's effective for me. Are you doing better?
