Maintaining at around target weight. Actually increased calories overall as level of activity much higher than before. Goal is to run at least 5k every Saturday 🤣🤣🤣

This will be interesting. Not sure old boy has the focus.
189.2 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
