Just wanted to suggest something. Look over your food journals and see what you can leave off. Fritos, hint hint, lol. Watch the sodium, it can have you retaining too much. What I like to is eat my carbs during the day if I want and then for my dinner I will have a nice salad and my protein. Just keep up the good work. Certainly where you are now is better than where you were before.Hard Work,Dedication!
