Been sick since Nov. 8th so very minimal intentional exercise. Very poor diet but within my calories. I will eat better. I'm returning to the gym today. My husband will be intentional with me. I'm excited to see what happens!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
