Another hard workday yesterday. I thought I might go for a walk, or otherwise explore the city today, but my body hurts so much. I think rest is in order. Besides, it looks like rain. I'm really digging Noom. Yesterday's lunch and breakfast were so fruit and vegetable heavy that I felt satisfied, but I also had 870 calories left by dinner. Thus, I ordered a gyro from a Turkish place nearby. It was very good. Plus - No guilt!
