how is it going up 😭
151.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's a slow steady progress with a few valleys however when you reach it, you got it. Be proud of what you have accomplished. Congrats!

Weight fluctuations are very normal, don’t fret

Nothing to worry about. Weights can go up or down several pounds every day. It's perfectly normal. Sometimes food to longer for your body to process, sometimes you drank a lot of water. Your body may even change it's muscle complexion to adjust to your new, fitter proportions. Try again tomorrow or the next day and you should be fine!

the human body fluctuates between 4-6lbs throughout the day. you could also be retaining water. make sure to weigh yourself in the morning after you use the bathroom to get an accurate measurement
