Thank You all so much for the support.. I so backslid, I feel stuck but I’m gonna keep trying & stop getting discouraged.. it has been so hard dealing with a family members heart attack & I’ve never felt more confused on how to help myself since this has happened & my health is showing the effects of it.. 🙋‍♀️Yes thank you excellent advice.. I’m trying to learn & practice cutting myself some slack & not to get discouraged when I don’t see results I think I should..Lol 👍🏻😊
