fat 42.2%. water 39.9% shocked by the highest % fat here! I am doing intermittent fasting now and will monitor my results hopefully daily. Made potato stufatino yesterday, have some for lunch today leftover. last meal ate yesterday was at 330pm. I think I should weigh myself daily on waking up. will try and put in some movement exercise however back is still very painful. taking catafast X 3 days X 3 times, hopefully will ease the pain. aiming to eat clean, no oil since cannot do much movement. I want to get my blood pressure lower than 120/80. today it is 121/68. my brother had a heart attack a few weeks ago and this was always my top priority: heart failure runs in my family and I have always been active to prevent this. my lying around with injuries is making my body weaker. I should aim to go for 30 mins movement, whatever it is. I will reschedule my diary to include this.
