I hope the damage from Valentine's Day won't show up too badly this week. I haven't gone crazy on anything like cookies, bread, or cake, but I did put the hurt on a box of chocolate-covered cherries decorated to look like they were wearing little tuxedos. Must be more disciplined the rest of this week.
I have to record what Mr Coco made last night. He is such a spoiler of women. Duck breast with port wine reduction sauce on creamy polenta with sauteed broccolini. The salad had cantaloupe, walnuts, arugula, and Basque goat cheese. It was all fantastic.
