Lessons learned from day one: vegan is yummy, need a filling afternoon snack, and this diet is a great excuse to leave lab early :) hopefully it wont lead to me staying home rather than going to the gym after dinner!
136.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.8 lb a week
