That's what I get for not following my strict diet. back to my two protein shakes a day with a small dinner.
282.5 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 147.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That sort of diet sounds really restrictive. Restrictive diets tend to make people go wild or binge when they begin to "cheat". I wish you the best with losing weight you might have more success with a less restrictive plan that has more to do with longterm lifestyle changes than protein shakes.
