I'm holding steady with my weight. Headed into long weekend and to the beach! Will get in lots of walks and good food. I will report that my total inches (measurement of waist, hips, thighs and biceps) went from 167.5 back in February to 156.5 today. That's progress!
188.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
