Scale read much lower a few times. Also shark week came early so I am retaining quite a bit of water along with the unhealthy binge yesterday which I totally paid for in terms of GI pain.
119.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
