Slacked off a bit quit exercising for 3 or 4 months quarantine a couple time and hurt my back. I was buck up to 300 but I’m Back in the gym on that grind now.
295.2 lb Lost so far: 62.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
