Well, I am back and I can't believe it has been almost 2 years since I have filled out my journal. The bad news is I am 4 lbs heavier. The good news is I have been pretty consistent at keeping the weight off for about 2 years.
Fasting worked but my household was holding me back, and I was not consistent in between. And I was not exercising consistently. My weight went up and down. Work made fasting hard to complete.

I have now found a program that is close to my previous program. I no longer fast. I take a probiotic powder in my coffee in the morning. I eat a light breakfast. I like El Monterey bacon egg and cheese burrito 300 calories.
Then for lunch, I have a Biotrust low-carb shake. For dinner, I have protein and a vegetable. I stay away from fast food as much as possible.

I found out that I was not getting enough rest. I have a job that requires me to get up at 3:00 am. And I have an hour and a half commute one way. And I like TV. I was only getting about 5 hours of sleep. Hopefully this year I will join the under 300lb club. I am also making exercise a priority. Having my entire household eat well made a big difference. Temptation is always there.
315.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 125.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
