Not sure what happened. Began working out 2x per day 5 times a week on 1/6/14. Maybe I'm retaining water around my muscles. Perhaps TOM. Either way, no stopping now, still going full speed ahead.
172.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week
