Ok, not so good as the original drop, but I ended up in the middle lol. I fell a sleep without any significant RL trouble but when I woke up I wasn't very rested (I don't know why). This time though, my bed wasn't all sweaty like last time. Today I'm still not having my typical breakfast. I'm going to do this for some time to see if I notice any difference.
edit: Ate too much for lunch lol.
edit: I didn't exercise today because I still feel the muscles from yesterday and, supposedly, RL worsens with excessive exercise :)So, there are actually some good things about RL, it justifies my laziness lol.
