I did it! I'm in the 180's. The rainy weather is cramping my walking but I'm using the treadmill. I'm having some back issues bc some of my strength exercises put strain on it. Taking it easy there for a bit. Just doing my squats, hand weights and leg exercises. Happy Hump day!
189.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week

I just got in the 180s myself. It’s so exciting to see the scale go down for a change. The last two years was nothing but higher and higher numbers. Congratulations. You’re doing great!
