I did it! I'm in the 180's. The rainy weather is cramping my walking but I'm using the treadmill. I'm having some back issues bc some of my strength exercises put strain on it. Taking it easy there for a bit. Just doing my squats, hand weights and leg exercises. Happy Hump day!
