fluctuated way up for a few days, birthday cake, cupcakes, tournament. should have recorded it but couldn't bring myself to. gotta bust through 160s then never again!!!!
162.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
