It was bright and sunny today, so lots of melting and I was able to cleared ice off parts of the sidewalks and around the car. Had leftovers from dinner last night and it was just as good.
168.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
