Okay, so I disappeared for a few days, but I was traveling to head back to school. It is freezing up here in the mountains, but it's good to be back.
I lost some I guess the couple of days, but not in a healthy way I would say. I didn't eat much while traveling, I normally don't. But it made me smile to see the scale down again. Getting closer and closer.

Diet followed reasonably well.
