I am on the 3rd day of raw foods i feel like i lost more then the scale says because i am bloated from that time of the month so i will weigh in again in a few days.

I'm curious as to why you are eating raw foods and what they consist of and what you hope to gain by eating them..... I've heard people talk about that but never asked.
