Very little weight loss. Sick for the last 4 days and Friday's going-away lunches and treats didn't help. I still do fairly well for daily points allowance and only small usage of flex pts. I want to use no flex points and add a workout. Hopefully soon.

At least some progress shown. Looking forward to another week. A slow process these last few weeks...but its working nonetheless.
182.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
