wtf?! not much water or movement yesterday, felt horrible from allergies. ate a lot of carbs yesterday but tracked everything and didn't go over calories
164.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
