hate a treat Friday with the kids this gain showed up yesterday I went back to normal saturday and sunday so I'm gutted hopefully just water and moves
189.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You need to allow yourself treats , especially with your family ❤️ Maybe alter your weigh in day so you have more time to counteract it ??

Yeah just wish I didnt gain so much after 1 meal or wine. I will keep going xx

I know , it’s so frustrating! I try to lower my calories just before the weekend to compensate a bit !

Idcwalked 4 and a half miles friday as well and drinking loads of water. I'm back on track today we can do this xx
