Alhamdulillah diet 5 Minggu + senam 6 Minggu udah turun pas 10 kg + lingkar perut turun 12 cm (diukur istri kmrn), celana yg dl ga muat sama sekali skrng udah pada mlorot aja 🥰
194.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
