The holidays were difficult. I was able to maintain up until Christmas Day, then it all went to pot. I put on 4 lbs, which I'm thinking is mostly alcohol weight, so I'm hoping to be down to 140 again by the end of the week with no alcohol consumed this week. I know some of the weight will be the carbs from candy, cookies and breads so that will take a little longer to come off. I'm also going to attempt to try to exercise for at least 25 minutes every day. Considering I'm not an exercising type of person, though prior to Christmas I was using the treadmill at least twice a week, this is an ambitious goal for me. So in order to make sense in my head I'm only going to exercise daily until January 24th. Then if I'm into the swing of it I'll continue, if not, I'll back down. I tend to get really cranky, tired and miserable when dieting/exercising regardless of how long I do it for and I don't want to be a mean mommy or wife. I've managed to get out of bed this morning and go 2 miles on the tread mill in 30 minutes so that's a start!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
