Hello! I've Been off the website for a couple days. There was family trouble but I'm Back On Track!(: In School We Have just finished up the health unit and now move on to gym. My Goal Is To Be Able To Run a 10 minute mile by May. Right now I run about a 13:50 mile. I ate a little more fatty and junk food then I should have and I need to commit. Thats all for now. Good luck !
185.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week
