Checking in. Holding steady. This week was a little discouraging for some reason...maybe just tired. But I'm walking more than 10,000 steps. I walk in AM, at lunchtime and then in the afternoon. Do my hand weights and strength exercises 2X day. Measure myself and I've decreased in the waist and thigh areas. I can see the difference. It just gets old ..am trying to be patient and keep on track. Getting impatient I guess.
