That made me smile :)

Last week I averaged 1334cals

I also managed to achieve 30g of fibre a day. There were times when i was adding foods/cals just to get my fibre up. I could have left them out and possibly lost more weight but I decided to forgoe the quicker weight loss for gut health

This journey is for health not just to tick the target weight box.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is an excellent result ref the fibre. Well done. We need that bulk! Good weight loss too.

Thank you Anne... i thing too many times we focus on what we 'shouldn't' eat rather than what we can eat to improve our health.
