Gonna keep track of weight every day or every other day...
175.7 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My doctor stresses NOT to weigh every day. Do it no more than once or twice a week. The reason is that your "water" weight/retention can fluctuate up to 3 pounds from one day to the next. I find that I stick to the program better if I do it once a week; otherwise, if I get on the scale and don't see a drop I feel defeated and go off program.....that's just me. good luck!

I'm one of the "have to weigh myself everyday" ,,, it keeps me on track and determined :)

Just do it at the same time everyday. I get up, do my business, then step on the scale. Easy peasy.

Much easier to get into the habit of doing it every day.
