Setelah stuck di 90an 6 harian ini, akhirnya tembus jg ke 89, kmrn olah raga dan gym 2x dan OCD Level 4.
197.1 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
