I did NOT follow my diet yesterday. I’ll get back on track. I’m getting convinced that 180-182 is just my weight; I always settle out in that area.

I just got done telling myself 160lbs must be my weight cus I always settle out there - and then I buckled back down to a strict 1200 cal/day and lost three pounds in a week. Don't give up on yourself!

Wow, I am right there actually with you. I feel my scale can’t register any lower.🙃 She loves is right - I need to buckle down and go lower with the calories.🙁
