Well thats it woke up this morning and weighed in. thats it my weight goal is 87 been there for a week so am now aware what to eat and when to eat it. so app has helped. staying on keto but will not log food. Thank s SUPPORTERS AND GOOD LUCK IN YOUR CHALLENGE
