This is definitely not what I was expecting to see. Thank God for the decrease because I have been messing up. I had fast food 2 days in a row. Back to my strict diet so I can continue to drop the pounds.
218.6 lb Lost so far: 106.4 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
