Had 2 huge trees down in yard my neighbor brought his 2 boys over and we cut them up and hauled off the debris i was a bit sore this morning. Ate to much supper but still managed to lose a pound so life is good
305.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 105.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
