It took long enough to lose that lb. I think I may not be eating enough.Still pissed my ggandkids kick a** on the elliptical.They should be my trainer.Grandma always has the best rides!
Almost Christmas.I am ready.We only do one HUGE party with ENTIRE family.Lots of food,presents,games,and drinks.I usually do more drinking than eating.Music and fun for all!
Another Holiday tradition is for all the kids and grandkids , me and my hubby to go to this Huge city park, about an hour away,that is completely covered in lights and holiday figures.Everyone looks forward to it.We have been taking our kids since they were little.Then we go have pizza.That might be the struggle for me.Small plate,mindfull eating,enjoy the laughter and conversation.The pizza is an extra not the focus.
