Stuck, strictly to daily calorie intake!
Quit using Olive Oil!
Drank 4 litres of water!
NO Snacks!!
NO Chocolate!!
No food after 6pm!!!
Added 1hour walk & a couple of different exercise!

hey presto.... 0.6 kg down & kept off for 2 days!!!!!
🤞🏼it keeps going down!?!
214.7 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
