I'll admit it is most gratifying when even one number changes on the scale lol. Having trouble consistently doing physio stretches for my ankle. And a return to running and higher impact is not likely for a long while. So be it. Enjoying the stunning mountains, the early sun, the rustling leaves, and the powder blue sky all the same. Have a great day everyone.

119.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
