How is it that I lost 3lbs last week, when I didn't really eat like I should and workout like I should, and gain 3lbs this week, eating better and being more active?

When you find out - please let me know! I have been told to stop looking at the numbers on the scale and keep moving forward. So that's what I'm gonna do!

You know I usually don't trip out so much on the numbers because I know that I can lose inches and be healty without losing any pounds: I've lost 4 dress sizes with only losing about five pounds. But, these week, I'm not just heavier, I feel sooo big. My skinny jeans that were so loose on me last month are bursting at the seems, all of my tops feel too small - and this time I can't blame it on my cycle or anything like that. :-(
