I set my total carbs to 40g on FS but use the setting to count net carbs and never go over 25g, most days I am under 20g. It's not difficult to stick too but when I got my macros right I started to lose nicely. Everything I tried up until this point failed. My body cant process excess sugar from fruit and carbs.

Im going to have a look into this since i started yesterday might sound crazy but i was on 101.4kg yesterday today im just 101 so im hoping this will work but ima give your advice a go thanks so much

You got this! I have learned so much about myself and my body since starting this journey and have had a lot trial and error to find my "sweet spot". That doesn't sound crazy!! Be kind to yourself and keep adjusting until you find where your body wants to go ❤️

i used that calculator says i need 75g of carbs a day ive already gone over for the day with my chia seed snak oms this is gonna be hard i was so hungry at lunch time

I am not sure if it's the same for low carb but with keto I up my fats and that keeps the hunger away. It realy works, I don't snack at all now in the day cos I am just not hungry between lunch and supper

Low carb is not more than 50 gram carbs a day , you need to relook at your calculations. And keep calories not more than 1200.

I felt very sick yesterday from only 75g carbs im takingbin 1500 calories a day so i upped the carbs a tad but im losing now

I also had the experience of feeling a bit under the weather with less carbs but it doesn't last long and on the other side cos I don't have the blood sugar levels up and down all the time I am less hungry. Yay that you are losing 🌷
