Checking in. Down a little in weight. Probably helped that all I ate yesterday after my protein shake and coffee was 10 stone ground crackers. :) Had to make 6 hour roundtrip drive to pick up our son from college for the weekend. Felt guilty about eating two slices of pizza when we got home but we were starving and I earned it.
I also remeasured myself. Measurement of waist, hips, both thighs and both biceps. Starting measurement was 167.5... today it is 160.5. Feels good.
