Still going okay and the results keep me motivated. Low carb/keto style eating with reduced portion sizes. Dinner is now what fits into a cereal bowl. Eating more nuts as snacks. Drinking more water ... or trying to.
231.3 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 76.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
