A small drop, but still a drop. Every ounce off counts. For the first time since the mid-80s, I'm wearing L.L. Bean jeans, and I've ordered more. My inner public schoolboy is going to find expression once more.
It would be nice to pass below the eighteen stone mark in January, and even below the 250-lb milestone. We shall see.
