I have let myself go. I have stopped weighing myself regularly. I have stopped putting weekly goals, and worst of all, it seems I have stopped caring. I am going to get back on track starting right now. I will lose 2 pounds this week: I will be 164 by Sunday morning when I stand over the scale.
