Still getting too many calories from carbs and not enough protein. I am drinking plenty of water daily, and trying to get exercise of at least 30 minutes 3-4 days per week. I'm hoping to add beginner yoga moves as well. I don't know how much daily fiber intake is, so I will need to pay closer attention to this. This past week, my weight has remained stable, with an increase of .60 pounds, which now I've lost. So, back to 175.0

175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm in the same boat. it's amazing how many carbs you can eat even with a reduced caloric intake! I'm trying really hard to focus on less carbs more protein, using the diet plan on here as a guideline. I wish there was a perfect, low calorie low carb snack that was as satisfying as a bag of salt and vinegar chips lol
