Still getting too many calories from carbs and not enough protein. I am drinking plenty of water daily, and trying to get exercise of at least 30 minutes 3-4 days per week. I'm hoping to add beginner yoga moves as well. I don't know how much daily fiber intake is, so I will need to pay closer attention to this. This past week, my weight has remained stable, with an increase of .60 pounds, which now I've lost. So, back to 175.0 I press on...
