I have been maintaining my daily low calorie intake and getting in my 10,000 steps.
Yeah it's hump day!
197.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.9 lb a week

That is great. I need to get back into staying with my calories, not just looking at them.
